Your 5K Training Program
This is a recommended training program
• Congratulations on taking up this new challenge. If this is your first 5K, you can choose a 4 week program to run/walk the 5K, or if you have been currently doing a run/walk program and want to run the entire distance, we have a 4 week program for you as well
• Both the running workouts and EA SPORTS Active Workouts are about 20-30 minutes in length to accommodate your busy schedules
• The training schedules are a guide, and you can adjust this to suit your own personal schedule. If you haven’t rested after three consecutive days, make sure to get a rest day.

Your 5K EA SPORTS Active Workout
Here are 18 exercises you can load up on your
• After you load up your fitness profile select "preset and custom workouts"
• Choose to workout out on your own, or with a friend
• Select the "My Custom Workouts Tab" at the top, then select "Create My Workout" at the bottom of the screen.
• Here are the 18 Exercises for you to load up for your 5K EA SPORTS Active Workout
• Go to the Type of Exercise (Cardio, Lower, or Sport) and select the exercises in the appropriate order
• You can increase or decrease the overall challenge of the workout out by selecting the "-" or "+" symbols.
• Once Finished Select "Done" at the bottom. Don’t forget to name your workout.
• Save it and have a great workout!
